REFUND POLICY

 

ATTENTION: Our Warranty lasts for 1 month (30 days)

Although, the products that we deal in are of the finest quality. But in case, you are not satisfied with our goods, you have an option either to return or exchange it. If you return the product, you will get the full amount you have paid. But remember that you can do it within 30 days after the product gets delivered to you.

Don't get upset if the product is not up to the mark or defective, please inform us within 48 hours after receiving the order. We will surely help you. In case of faulty items, click a pic of it or make video and email it at support@theshopolics.com. Please note that the policy doesn't involve any kind of misuse, accidental damage, water damage of the purchased product.

Have a look at the directions you need to follow:

  1. To get a full claim for a product, make sure that it is in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase. We are not bound to make a refund in case of the used/damaged product by users. Ask for your Return Authorization Number and email us explaining the reason for returning. Pics or video of goods may also support your reason. Once your request is approved, you will get RA# and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can mail the product you want to send back.
  2. It would be better to use a trackable mail service as we are not liable for lost packages. You must know that the shipping cost would not bear by us. You need to pay this non-refundable amount. It would be deducted from your amount of refund.
  3. As you return the product, it will be properly checked and then the payment will be made to you. The money will be sent in exactly the same way as you send. We will mail you the refund receipt at your mentioned e-mail address. A partial refund (if any) will be granted in case:
  • You send the goods back after 30 days of delivery
  • The returned goods are different from their original condition
  • In the case of sanitary, unsafe and flammable liquids


EXCHANGE CONDITION:
If you find any defect in the product you received and want to exchange it for a similar item, drop a mail at support@theshopolics.com. Keep in mind that you have to pay non-refundable charges for shipping.The time that it takes to reach the exchanged product depends upon the location of the customer.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND:
First, check your bank account, if you don't receive the payment. Second, you may go for your credit card company. It's not a big deal, it may take some time to officially make your refund or ask your bank in this regard. If still not getting payment, speak to us at support@theshopolics.com.
